The Last Place We Ever Think to Look

          One despairing, disconnected and generally self-pitiful day, she threw herself across her bed and cried out, "Oh God, where ARE you!"

          Silence.

          Then, a softly booming voice broke through with a kind chuckle, "I AM HERE.  WHERE ARE YOU?"
