Henry Ford's words are eerily prescient for our times - especially coming from a forefather of our automotive industry! It's become more and more apparent that our corporations and organizations are actually populated by "we the people!" Therefore, maybe it's a good idea for us to acknowledge and appreciate each other and all our shared talents and skills that are so vital to the health of our workplaces, our livelihoods and the sense of contributing something worthwhile to the world.
