Along with all the other shifts happening in the world today, so many are shifting and sharing family and relationship roles. As so many men already know, fathering is not only about being provider and patriarch, but being an integral part of the heart and soul of family -- something often associated with the role of mothering. But true fathering is not restricted by gender or family biology. In the melding of caring and responsibility, we are well-fathered by anyone in any moment who strives to balance leading with loving, teaching with learning, providing with participating, decision-making with collaboration, acquisition with generosity. So Happy Father's Day to all you wonderful and working on it father-ers out there!
