We have come a long way on the road set by our forefathers toward a "more perfect union." In America, Martin Luther King, with his "I Have a Dream" vision, courageously carried forward the baton of equality for all human beings. His legacy has continued to inspire the generations that have come after him. We honor him, and all those who have brought us this far, each time we rise up and join together in peace to meet the challenges of choice, change and integrity that walking a higher road commands.
